So my period has finally arrived after 52 days - yippee - how long??? I was getting worried as the hospital wanted to put me through loads of tests and put me on more drugs to get it started again - when this is supposed to be the time when im getting my body back to normal! So only one more period to go and we can start the whole rollercoaster again - YIPPEE!

Work is quite difficult at the moment - everyone keeps talking about the baby boom - the fact that everyone in the building is expecting - everyone but me! Thats how it feels!

One of my colleagues actually had a baby today and two more went on maternity leave! Its frightful - sometimes I just wonder what I did wrong - why the one thing I have ever wanted I can’t have and yet all those around me can. I would be a great mum I have always been certain of that. Nothing else I have ever been good at - but it never mattered to me as I knew motherhood is what I would be good at.

Today my work friend (who I love - we share in our OCD!) bought in her adorable four week old baby and I held him and it feels like the most natural thing in the world. I want this next round to work so desperately and yet have to keep my feet on the ground so I dont come crashing down like last time.

Mrs K (@ivfoldbird) had her EC today and I am hoping with every piece of strength I have that those little eggs are turning into glorious embryos as we speak as she is amazing and helped me through every step of round one. GOOD LUCK xxxx
