I didn’t think I was going to be able to do it but I did!!! I was so sure I wasn’t going to do it that I went to a friend’s house who is a nurse and she sat me down and we went through it slowly step-by-step. Why they couldnt do this at the hospital I don’t know!! After a little coaxing I managed to get the needle in and it was plain sailing from there - I really dont think I will have an issue tomorrow night which is amazing news.

Having halved my nasal spray dosage - today I am wide awake and feeling a lot more with it which is also cause for celebration!

I have been drinking my three litres of water - how many times I went to the toilet today I dont know. I have also managed to get a lot of protein in today, chicken, eggs and cheese - I need to get some nuts and then I am good to go.

The nausea is back tonight - I dont feel like I am actually going to throw up but it isnt right! Horrid. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

G has gone on a stag do so I know I won’t be getting any sleep tonight - I am such a girl when he is away!

But my friend (whose hen do I went on) came round tonight and bought me some lovely flowers for helping organise her hen do. They are gorgeous.
